About David Joplin

Personal Accomplishments

Powerlifting:

  • Meet PRs: 600/451/622

  • 1636 Total

  • 504 Dots

Body compositon, injury rehab, and health obstacles:

I’ve made all the mistakes so you don’t have to. Cutting and bulking too fast. Improper use of supplements. A destroyed gut. Was able to resolve debilitating Fibromyalgia, multiple torn muscles including both adductors, both erectors, both pecs, tore my L3 thru S1 discs twice. Elbow, adductor, and TFL tendonitis and bilateral knee arthritis. All resolved via diligent physical therapy, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and you can too. The only thing stopping you from achieving your goals is you. Everyone has that dawg in them, but that beast needs to be trained, educated, and unleashed.

Personal Life

Married to my beautiful wife Erin accompanied by our 4 rescues, Cerus, Devito, Olaf and Ragnar. We enjoy relaxmaxxing as much as we do traveling, reading, video games, hanging at the beach and spending quality time with our friends.

Everything we do in our lives comes back to happiness within ourselves, self forgiveness for our faults, and dawging through the challenges life presents us. I didn’t grow up with an easy life, I was raised in a single parent household after my mother was involved in an accident. I’ve lived with many different families, I’ve lived through exceptionally poor mental health conditions, I’ve been poor, I’ve been hungry, I’ve been dismissed but through it all,

Only I will remain.
